Turkcell CEO Sureyya Ciliv Elected to the Board of the GSMA

Turkcell , Turkey's leading telecoms and technology company, was recently elected to be a member of the Board for the GSMA. With this election, Turkcell becomes the only operator from Turkey to serve on the GSMA Board during the 2015-2016 term.
