US footwear sector urges new NAFTA rules of origin

A change in the rules of origin under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) would help grow footwear manufacturing in North America by offering more flexibility, improved access to important materials, and building production capacity in the region, say US footwear retailers.
