Va. installing 5 new historical markers

The Virginia Department of Historic Resources says the markers will be installed in Lynchburg in recognition of C.W. Seay, an educator who fought for equal rights for African Americans, and in Petersburg in homage to the Bishop Payne Divinity School, which prepared black men for the ministry.
