System features 3.93 in. diameter swing over table, max work piece height of 7.87 in. and weight capacity of 22.05 lb. Gate structure ensures accuracy by counter measuring against vibration, thermal displacement, and noise. Mounted on wheel side of wheelhead, non-concentric hydrodynamic bearing maintains low processing heat by optimizing bearing clearance and wedge angle.
