New Milford, CT Vision Engineering Inc. will co-sponsor the third annual IPC APEX Hand Soldering Competition, being held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center March 25-26, 2014. This year’s challenge will be to build a functional electronics assembly in a 30-minute time period.
