Wainscott Capital's Thomas Gilbert Killed in Manhattan Apartment

Wainscott Capital Management founder Thomas Gilbert Sr. was shot in the head and killed at his Beekman Place apartment in Manhattan yesterday, prompting investigators to seek his son, according to the New York City Police Department. Thomas Gilbert Jr., 30, was taken into custody at his Manhattan residence and was being questioned, a police spokesman said shortly after 1 a.m. in New York.
