Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall says he is growing concerned that Canada's oil and gas industry is increasingly being viewed as a liability by the rest of the country. He says he categorically disagrees with any suggestion that Ontario or Quebec could hold up the Energy East pipeline because they don't like climate change policies in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
