Years of frustration with unreliable local auto service led to one auto dealer owner's venture into establishing his own auto service location in the city. On Jan. 16, business owner Chris Goodnow, of Goodnow Auto Sales, opened Chris Goodnow Auto Sales and Service II, his first location for servicing vehicles, at 882 West Boylston St., the site that was formerly Bob's Service Center.
