In a new regulatory filing, RF Micro repeated its stance that it is still studying its options for a headquarters for the merged company, to be called NewCo. "Will NewCo have its corporate headquarters in the U.S., or are there any plans or thoughts on doing a corporate inversion?" "We do not currently anticipate doing a corporate inversion in connection with this transaction.
