Whole Foods grocery store to anchor Woodbury's State Farm site

A Whole Foods Market grocery store will be an anchor tenant for City Place, the multiuse development on the abandoned State Farm campus in Woodbury , it was announced last week. The eco-minded and fast-growing grocery chain, which operates half a dozen stores in the Twin Cities, is planning a 45,000-square-foot building.
