Publix Super Markets , a grocery chain with stores throughout the South, is slowly pushing north and plans to open a Richmond-area store in a new, soon-to-be built development, Nuckols Place Shopping Center, at 5400 Wyndham Forest Drive in Glen Allen, Richmond BizSense reports . The land was originally owned by Ukrop's Super Markets, which planned to anchor the shopping center with a new store.
