Canton residents who are ready for more grocery options can mark their calendars: Harris Teeter is opening at Canton Crossing on April 9. The store had been slated to open in December, but the date has been pushed back several times because of weather and other construction delays, Canton Crossing developer Mark Sapperstein said.
