Replacing separate read/write operations with single command from MCU, Model MB85RDP16LX uses only binary counter for energy savings. Device features power-up time of 5 µs and can be connected via single- and dual-SPI interfaces. Housed in 2 x 3 mm SON-8 package, MB85RDP16LX is specified for operating temperature of -40 to 105°C and is suited for industrial automation applications involving energy harvesting for rotary encoders, motor controls, and sensors.
