ALPHARETTA, GA and MIDDLETOWN, DE – DelStar, Inc. and SWM (NYSE: SWM) today announced they have executed a definitive agreement, whereby SWM will acquire DelStar from Bethesda, MD based investment firm American Capital Strategies (NYSE: ACAS).
