Six community-based projects received $2,000. Grants from the Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods (NECN), as approved on March 17 by NECNs Board of Directors. The purpose of the grants program is to provide neighborhood and community organizations with the opportunity to improve the quality of life for residents of inner North/Northeast Portland.
