Guardian: A row has broken out at the Paris climate talks as Indian officials accused one of the worlds leading thinktanks of exaggerating the amount of money given to poor countries to help them cope with global warming. In a recent report, the OECD said that developed countries had mobilised $57bn of climate aid in 2013-14. Reuters: Members of the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) struck a deal on Tuesday to restrict subsidies used to export technology for coal-fired power plants, ending months of wrangling. Representatives of the world's richest countries agreed a deal to end export credits for inefficient coal plant technology to take effect from Jan. 1, 2017, with a review in 2019 that could allow the deal to be strengthened.
