The meeting will then proceed with presentations by managers of Chemtura's key operating businesses and functions, followed by a Q&A session.

A number of positions at the West Lafayette operation of Chemtura Corp. will be eliminated due to a company-wide restructure. The company, which focuses on specialty chemicals for various industrial sectors, announced a restructuring plan in November to reduce manufacturing conversion costs by about $50 million, or 10 percent annually.
