Dual Channel H.265 HEVC Encoder includes HLS support.

2015-09-04 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Accepting content from cameras or video servers equipped with SDI, HDMI, or HD-SDI outputs, Flame265 2Ch/IP™ encodes up to two 1080p HD streams, then outputs dual H.265 IP transport streams via GigE port or optional 10 GigE ports. IP output resolution can be 1080p, 720p, 576p, 480p, and other formats. Based on embedded Linux® running on tiny Flash Memory Module, encoder features remote web-based management and support for variable bit rate encoding.

High-Volume IP Surveillance Software includes H.265 HVEC support.

2015-04-17 14:31:07| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

To drive compression efficiency, GV-VMS v15.10 offers H.265 HEVC (high efficiency video coding) compatibility and up to 64ch support. Video coding technology maximizes video quality at low bit rates to optimize network usage and reduce storage expenditure, and outdoor intelligent motion detection decreases false alarms from natural motion. Other features include heatmap, camera corridor mode support, access control and LPR integration, and GPU decoding/fisheye dewarping.

Re: V-Nova vs H.265

They do claim it is "demonstrating in testing and live operations 2x 3x average compression gains, at all quality levels, under practical real-time operating scenarios versus h.264, HEVC and JPEG2000." Actually that's the part I found confusing.

H.265 HD IP Camera optimzes operation via compression.

2014-09-19 14:31:05| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

To minimize network bandwidth requirements while keeping images clear and smooth, 7200-series employs video image compression and transmission technologies that comply with H. 265 Standard. Camera can transmit dynamic 1080P video images at 1.5 Mbps. In static scenes, video stream will drop to 100–200 Kbps. Able to operate in super-low light environments,, ZBF-7200-series IP cameras support minimum functional light conditions reaching 0.002 lux (color) or 0.001 lux (black-and-white).
