The Rugby World Cup is just over one week old and the event is dominating the television, radio and newspapers here in the UK. As one of the event's headline sponsors, Heineken hopes that this level of interest will continue, right through to the final on 31 October. Erik Buell Racing , the motorcycle company based in East Troy, closed its business at noon Wednesday and filed for receivership in Walworth County Circuit Court, Erik Buell said Wednesday. The company had more than $20 million in outstanding liabilities and was no longer able to pay its ongoing expenses, said Tim Nixon , an attorney at Godfrey & Kahn SC , who represents the company.
