API Technologies has the ability to deposit NiChrome and TaN (tantalum nitride) resistors on all popular substrates with almost all conductor metals, barrier metals, and base metals. These resistors feature tolerances to + 2.5µm, metalized vias and wraparounds, dielectric bridges, Gold/Tin selective deposition, and more. Both passivated TaN and NiChrome Resistors are available in top-contact and back-contact versions, and are available in several resistances and tolerances.
