US telcos delay net neutrality battle in hope of FCC action

(Telecompaper) The US telecom industry announced a halt in its legal battle against the net neutrality rules, in order to give the FCC more time to review the regulation. Industry group USTelecom said it asked for a 60-day extension to file its application with the Supreme Court to review the last ruling in federal court.
