Intended for indoor basestations, model SFS0924C-LF is phase locked at 924 MHz while using 10 MHz reference and operates over -25 to +90°C range. This coaxial resonator PLL features phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc. Supplied in 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.22 in. package, synthesizer delivers typical output power of 0 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating off VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc and PLL chip voltage of 3 Vdc respectively drawing 25 and 14 mA.
