Honolulu cop faces federal charges in game room beatdown

A Honolulu police officer could be looking at jail time after federal charges were brought against him for allegedly kicking and slapping two men in a Hawaiian game room. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail and fine of up to $250,000.
