Raley's fights drought with low-water soaps

Raley's said it has become the first supermarket chain in the United States to use a new line of soaps that the company said require much less water. "We've been testing for over a year and we've had a couple different generations come through," said Toni Hofer, Raley's food safety manager.

Oregon gov declares drought emergency as snow pack levels drop
