The Challenge We are looking for a Business Analyst to be located at one of our customer sites in Darmstadt, Germany. Tasksresponsibilities will include Work Planning as required by Users Definition, documentation and implementation of work methodologies and or tools e.g. risk management, knowledge management Definition, documentation, implementation and maintenance of associated Management Processes Technical Business Analysis Installation, Maintenance and upgrades of associated tools Interfacing with Users, including user training Database Management Process Tool Documentation Software Maintenance. This is a fulltime position with a planned starting date in November 2013. Your Qualifications Applicants shall have an University degree, preferably Engineering or Commercial discipline or other suitable qualification together with some professional experience Business Management, preferably in the aerospace industry. Essential skills are Experience in the use of computers as a management tool MS Office and PC based Databases Good user knowledge of SAP and the ESA financial and procurement processes Good organizational and communicative skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Good understanding of organizational, financial accounting, controlling and business development Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is mandatory. Desirable skills are Working level knowledge speaking and writing of French and or German is an asset Professional Experience in Controlling and Business Management Familiarity with the ESOC environment. The position requires a great deal of independence and selfmotivation. The candidate should be able to work with little supervision, but also be able to contribute to the team effort.
