(Telecompaper) Hutchison Drei Austria (3 Austria) has confirmed plans to file an appeal against the results of the recent mobile spectrum auction. This follows a similar announcement by rival T-Mobile Austria. CEO Jan Trionow said the structure and content of the auction was illegal and highly damaging to his company. He is especially critical of the "non-transparent rules" and the "disproportionate auction design". The company will file complaints with the Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court.
