Cecilia Henderson , the 71-year-old widow of Angel's Envy bourbon creator Lincoln Henderson , is suing her son, saying that Wesley Henderson has "effectively stolen" her share of proceeds from a recent sale to Bacardi Ltd. Cecilia Henderson says her son hasn't shared proceeds or information from her late husband's interest in a company that owned around 10 percent of Angel's Envy when the brand was sold to Bacardi this past March, WDRB-TV reports. Lincoln Henderson , a former master distiller for Brown Forman Corp., created Angel's Envy in 2006 and died at age 73 in September 2013.

The widow of a longtime law enforcement officer filed a wrongful lawsuit Thursday against Walmart, claiming that Walmart and Swift Transportation are responsible for her husband's death.
