A major energy infrastructure company is at least temporarily shelving plans to build a new pipeline between eastern Arizona and central New Mexico. The federal Bureau of Land Management said Wednesday that Houston-based Kinder Morgan Inc. has withdrawn its application for a right of way for construction of a new carbon dioxide pipeline between Arizona's Apache County and an existing pipeline in New Mexico's Torrance County.
