The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures of NE Halsey Street from NE Weidler Street to NE 126th Avenue from Friday, September 5, through Friday, September 19. Work will take place from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. each weekday but may also include some hours during the weekend.
