The House Agriculture Committee will be considering its version, The Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management (FARRM) Act of 2013, on Wednesday. Electric vehicle sales have not been as strong as expected. For them to ramp up, several ducks need to be lined up in a row. Home EV charging stations becoming more affordable is one of the key challenges to overcome. Bosch has decided to make the market more competitive with introduction of its 240-volt Power Max charger for about half the price of other Level 2 chargers on the market. Many of the incentives available to offset purchase costs for Level 2 chargers are expiring on the market, said Tanvir Arfi, President, Bosch Automotive Service Solutions.
