Orange sales growth slows on roaming impact, EBITDA still up in Q3

(Telecompaper) Orange saw its sales growth slow in the third quarter on the introduction of roam-like-home in the EU, but said increased volumes of visitor roaming largely offset the drop in roaming prices. Total revenues fell 0.5 percent to EUR 10.274 billion, but were up 0.9 percent on a comparable basis.

ZTE sales growth slows to 7% in first nine months of 2017

(Telecompaper) ZTE reported a slowdown in growth in the third quarter. Revenues for the first nine months of the year rose 7 percent year-on-year to CNY 76.6 billion, compared to a reported increase of 13 percent in the first half of 2017. ZTE said growth came mainly from carrier networks and consumer products.
