Based on Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGA, Cobalt® Model 71664 includes IP engine for VITA 49 Radio Transport protocol. Front end A/D converter stage accepts 4 analog HF or IF inputs on front panel SSMC connectors, with each transformer-coupled to TI ADS5485 200 MHz, 16-bit A/D converters. Designed for both rugged and lab environments, Model 71664 comes preconfigured with suite of built-in functions for digital down conversion, data capture, synchronization, time tagging, and formatting.

Addition of sand louvers to AMCA Certified Ratings Program enables comparison of manufacturers' ratings for sand rejection based on test data in accordance with ANSI/AMCA Standard 510-L (Rev. 2015) Laboratory Methods of Testing Louvers for Rating. Tests for sand rejection are being conducted by Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants in Dubai. Certification of test data must be performed in compliance with AMCA Publication 511-10 (Rev. 2015), Product Rating Manual for Air Control Devices.

A deal to keep an underground coal mine operating in central Montana includes a secret side settlement between an environmental group and the mine's owner. The Montana Board of Environmental Review on Tuesday approved the agreement between Signal Peak Energy, the Montana Environmental Information Center and the state Department of Environmental Quality.
