Ceramabond™ 671 single part, water-dispersible, aluminum oxide filled adhesive and coating system is used to assemble thermocouple housings in boiler, furnace, and stack applications. It features torque strength of 57.0 lb-ft, dielectric strength of 182 V/mil at room temperature, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 4.3 ppm/°F. Used with ceramic and non-ceramic substrates, product dries at room temperature and cures in 2-4 hr at 200°F. It comes in pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gal pails.
