Graphic Packaging acquires Walter G Anderson

The two consumer goods packaging services companies struck a deal this month, with Graphic agreeing to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity in Minnesota-based WG Anderson. The transaction, which includes two converting facilities from WG Anderson's shareholders, is set to close in the first quarter of this year, according to a media release from GPK.
