Hate your cable box? In a few weeks, Time Warner Cable is going to start testing in New York City a cable service that doesn't need one and is delivered over their customers' home Internet. And that could one day expand beyond New York as cable companies try to appeal to younger people who have grown comfortable watching TV via Netflix or Hulu without a traditional cable box.
Southwest Plans To Reduce Flights Out Of Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport

Oct. 28--For a second time since Southwest Airlines began flying out of the Upstate, the Dallas-based low-cost carrier will reduce the number of flights out of Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. GSP officials announced Tuesday that beginning April 12, Southwest will eliminate its four daily nonstop flights to Chicago, Houston and Baltimore, and begin flying three times per day to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport.

Climate Home: The UN has released a mixed report card on nearly 150 plans submitted by countries ahead of a proposed global deal to slash greenhouse gas emissions. A 67-page study compiled by UN officials says the intended nationally determined contributions (INDCs) from governments represent a significant shift in attitudes towards tackling climate change.
