Eighteen executives have been selected to the prestigious Baldrige Executive Fellows Program, the only executive leadership fellowship that provides one-on-one access to leaders of Baldrige Award recipient organizations. Within collegial environment, Baldrige Executive Fellows will have an opportunity to compare perspectives of executives across sectors, share advice on leadership challenges, and use insights they gain to address strategic challenge or opportunity within their own organizations.

SME Fellows are individuals from industry, research, and academia who must have 20+ years of experience in manufacturing. In addition, they need to have demonstrated an overall impact to social, technological, and educational aspects of the manufacturing profession, and be a current member of SME. They join the more than 370 SME members who have been elected since program’s inception.
