A 60-year-old Wayne man was hit Monday by a New Jersey Transit bus, and then stuck underneath while the vehicle kept going for a mile, police said. A Wayne police officer "observed the bus traveling on Route 23 north and could see legs dangling from underneath the bus" while he was underneath for 30 minutes, Wayne Detective Captain Mark McGrath said.
