We are the Engineering solutions architecture team and we are the system architects specialized in the information systems for the engineering of Airbus Defence Space products. We design the new software services using the best of Information Management solutions and the latest technologies. We are at the crossroad of enterprise architecture, innovations groups and the engineering business. We take care of the compliance to the security governance to protect ADS knowhow. We ensure to find the best solution to meet the requirements, functional and nonfunctional. You know about products engineering and you foresee the next generation of information system that will bring the engineering practices to a new era. You are curious to understand how Airbus Defence Space designs its products. You have experience in big data, data analytics, artificial intelligence, you have evangelised these technologies, and you have led their implementation in an industry. You have a background in PLM, ALM andor System Engineering. You are ready to overcome technical and environmental challenges and you like working collaboratively in an international context. Participates in all phases of the system development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support Capture and analyse functional and nonfunctional requirements Design the corresponding architecture, following the enterprise architecture guidelines and security principles Design and lead the development of big data Act as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products Services and validates product designs. Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions. Define policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the organization. Evangelise architecture practices Aligns architecture strategy with the organizations business goals and long term strategic planning for the organizations Information systems Actively and efficiently collaborate with Enterprise architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Innovations and technology experts teams to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies Lead internal and external resources Provide your expertise concerning the customer needs and use your past experience in the implementation of project or products with different suppliers This role will involve some travel for business 5 times a year in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities Experience in IS engineering, Knowledge in information system architecture software and hardware TOGAF certification or equivalent, alternatively experience in Model Based System Engineering MBSE, would be very a real advantage Architecture knowledge of PLM andor ALM systems Knowledge and experience in big data, data lakes, data analytics, machine learning andor artificial intelligence Knowledge of the engineering processes Physical Design, Functional and software design, system engineering or configuration management An initial experience in project managementcoordination would be appreciated, Communication skills and ability to work within a team with colleagues from Germany, France, UK and Spain Please apply on line for this vacancy using your eRecruiting profile with your CV attached. Specific Competence Requirements o A minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Finance modules, with knowledge of the Public Sector Financial Modules o Applicants for these positions shall have a university degree in the area of Finance and possess certifications in SAP financial modules o Experience with SAP queries and Reporting Tools Report Painter Report Writer o Strong knowledge of MS office tools and in particular Excel o Very good knowledge of CO, FM FI module o The candidate needs to have experience within multicultural and international environments o Good management and communication skills o Strong problem solving and result driven approach.
