Three medical-related start-up companies have signed new leases for 73 High St., a facility on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus which is also the headquarters of the Cleveland BioLabs . Photolitec LLC, a spin-off from Roswell Park Cancer Institute which just received $2 million in outside investment, will take two labs on the building's first floor, said Vic Nole , director of business development and entrepreneurial activity for BNMC Inc. Healthcare Hub, which describes itself as a wholesale distributor of medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals, will inhabit office space on the first floor.
