Offering millimeter wave (mmWave) measurement technology in PXI form factor, M9393A enables engineers to validate performance of Ka-band designs with continuous frequency sweeps from 3.6–50 GHz (option FRX) and direct access to 800 MHz of IF bandwidth (option WB1). Displayed average noise level (DANL) of better than -155 dBm/Hz @ 40 GHz and sweep speed accelerate low-level spur searching, while modular form factor allows 2-channel configuration in one chassis.

With 3 kV/20-, 500-, and 1,500-A IV only curve tracer packages, B1506A Power Device Analyzer can automatically switch between different types of IV measurements, without having to make connection changes. Analyzer supports full thermal test from -50 to +250°C and can characterize all key IV parameters for packaged and on-wafer devices. To ensure they are future proof, curve tracer packages can be upgraded to include gate charge and automated device capacitance measurements.
