Sean O'Regan says a 'brutal' winter caused a sluggish sales market early in the year but his company still expects to better the results of a record 2014. Winter weather put a chill on Nova Scotia's auto dealers early this year, but sales have rebounded this spring, a Car sales in the province fell by 14 per cent, or 1,100 vehicles, between January and April, Scotiabank said in its global auto report released Tuesday.
