The Will County Sheriff's Office is issuing a fair warning to Will County drivers, and advising both the public and the trucking industry that the newly posted five ton weight limit on Manhattan-Arsenal Road between Route 53 and Brandon Road will be strictly enforced. The Will County Board recently passed a resolution stating that the fifteen ton weight limit would be reduced to five, after concern was expressed by area residents.

A U.S. District Court judge has rejected an effort by auto parts retailer AutoZone Inc. to limit a national disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to just three stores.
