Used as active ingredient for dewatering formulations used in pulp washing, PULPSIL® 968 S consists of surfactant fluid based on polyether-modified silicone. Molecular structure is optimized to make it less hydrophilic without compromising its hydrophobic nature as reflected in its cloud point of 19°C (Method E, EN 1890). This medium-viscosity, water-dispersible product serves as raw material for service companies that develop ready-to-use auxiliaries for pulp industry.
