Although 47 European competitors took part in IPC's Hand Soldering Competition at productronica 2015 (November 10–13 in Munich), Jacek Majchrzak of PartnerTech Poland took first place with 501 points out of 506 total possible points. This marks Majchrzak's second consecutive win, as he also took first place at productronica 2013. With his score of 496, second place went to Michal Raus of RealTime Technologies. Third went to Christian Vodermaier of Avantest Europe GmbH with his score of 492.
