EPA is inviting small businesses, governments, and not-for-profit organizations to participate as Small Entity Representatives on a Small Business Advocacy Review Panel for the federal plan that EPA is developing as part of the Clean Power Plan. Panel will focus on proposed Federal Plan for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Electric Generating Units that will cut carbon pollution from existing power plants, the largest source of this pollution in the country.

State environmental panel seeks public input on legislation

The CEQ has published its draft list of legislative recommendations on its website, www.ct.gov/ceq . The CEQ publishes Environmental Quality in Connecticut, the state's annual report on the status of the state's air, water, land and life, and is required by law to recommend legislation "for remedying the deficiencies of existing programs and activities."
