High Voltage Axial Lead Diodes can operate at high currents.

2016-02-16 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Suited for capacitor charging applications, HVCF series includes discrete axial lead high voltage diodes with voltage ratings of 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000 V and max forward current ratings up to 3 A (operating temperature dependent). Oversized leads remove heat to allow operation at elevated currents. Custom versions are available, and standard products can also be used to replace larger rectifier solutions in dielectric oil or gas environments.
