Xintec Inc. , an integrated circuit packaging services subsidiary of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. , will list on Taiwan's over-the-counter market on March 30. The state's Oil and Gas Division heard the request from XTO Energy this week in which the company argues it has nowhere to take its gas.
