A St. Louis Circuit Court judge is mulling whether to order a new trial in the discrimination case that former Anheuser-Busch executive Francine Katz filed against the brewer. At a hearing Thursday, Katz's attorneys argued that the judge should order a new trial because of legal errors in the trial that ended in May with a nine-to-three decision in favor of A-B.
