The Phoenix-based semiconductor manufacturer reported net income of $4.9 million, or 1 cent per share, on revenue of $864.2 million for the fourth quarter that ended Dec. 31.This compares with net income of $37.8 million, or 8 cents per share, on revenue of $718 million for the third quarter of 2013.

IT services provider Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp's fourth-quarter revenue rose a higher-than-expected 16.4 percent, helped by increased spending by healthcare and financial services customers in North America. The company also forecast full-year 2015 revenue growth of at least 19 percent, higher than the 16.1 percent achieved in 2014, which was the weakest in the company's 20-year history.
