Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) (“Primoris” or “Company”) today announced a new Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) from a major utility customer with a three-year anticipated value of $45 million. The contract was secured by Q3 Contracting (“Q3C”), part of the West Construction Services segment. The MSA will commence in March of 2015. The MSA award is a three year agreement for restoration and traffic services in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the surrounding areas.
